Please never send sensitive content.

  • Never send your master password
  • Never send vault exports / backups via email
  • No screenshots containing passwords or secrets
  • If you experience a crash, please follow the instructions and include the log file after you export it

Bug report: what we need

If something isn’t working, please include (if possible):

  • Device model (e.g., Samsung A54)
  • Android version
  • Product app version
  • Steps to reproduce
  • Expected vs. actual behavior
  • For autofill: whether VeilVault is enabled as the autofill provider and the browser you are using
