Please never send sensitive content.
- Never send your master password
- Never send vault exports / backups via email
- No screenshots containing passwords or secrets
- If you experience a crash, please follow the instructions and include the log file after you export it
Bug report: what we need
If something isn’t working, please include (if possible):
- Device model (e.g., Samsung A54)
- Android version
- Product app version
- Steps to reproduce
- Expected vs. actual behavior
- For autofill: whether VeilVault is enabled as the autofill provider and the browser you are using
